At a glance

Delivery	The shipping page on 5 Nov 2026: the UAE is AED 19, and free on orders of more than AED 250. The same page also prints the Saudi figures: SAR 29, and free above SAR 249. An order ships only inside the country you are shopping in. The delivery FAQ: 4 to 5 business days in the UAE, and 7 to 9 in Saudi Arabia. The carrier is Aramex or their own fleet, and click and collect is not available right now. The homepage says delivery covers the UAE, and it names Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and Yas Mall.
Returns	The returns and refunds FAQs: request within 14 days of receipt, unused, in the original packaging, with the tags. A return is allowed once and in one parcel. The policy page repeats 14 days, then an Athlocity line says a return outside the 5-day timeframe is not accepted. A cash-on-delivery refund goes to a gift card in the returns FAQ, and to the e-wallet for one year in the refunds FAQ. The policy says gift-card credit expires in 12 months.
