| Where it ships | The west shop ships only to cities in Makkah, Madinah, Tabuk, Asir, Jizan, Najran and Baha, and cancels an order for any other province automatically. Code AC43 is narrower than that list: the Western region only, for example Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Taif and Yanbu, and not the rest of the Kingdom. |
|---|---|
| Delivery | The delivery page: free above SAR 149. Standard delivery and click and collect are SAR 20, in 3 to 7 working days. The terms say the partner is Aramex. |
| Returns | 7 days from receipt. Discounted items, or products bought during a sale, can only be exchanged during the sale period. Unused, in the original box, with the invoice. They bear the courier cost if you use their courier. Delivery fees are deducted from the refund unless the defect is from manufacturing. A prepaid refund takes 10 to 14 working days after the quality check. A click-and-collect order is returned in store, the terms say that is the only return route for it, and the page says the cash refund is instant. |
| Payment | The terms: Visa and Mastercard, priced in riyals. The page does not name cash on delivery, Tabby, Tamara or Apple Pay. |
