| What the app offers | Jeeny is a ride-hailing app. The app listing says it operates in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, around the clock, with several payment options that the page does not name. In Saudi Arabia the named services are EcoLite, Smart and Elite. In Jordan the named service is Economy. The site is jeeny.me. The listing gives +966112719333 and support-sa@jeeny.me. |
|---|---|
| Cities in Saudi Arabia | The Saudi driver signup lists cities including Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Dammam, Jubail, Hofuf, Abha, Khamis Mushait, Taif, Tabuk, Hail, Buraydah, Yanbu, Jazan and Najran, plus airports. That is the driver page’s list, not a separate rider map. |
| Support | The English homepage says support is available around the clock. The driver-account page gives a different support number, 0114184918, for someone who already has a driver account. |
