| Payment | The payment and cancellation policy, read 8 Nov 2026, says it covers reservations in the UAE and partner regions. Methods named there: Visa, Mastercard and American Express; Apple Pay and Google Pay; Tamara and installment partners where eligible; bank transfer for qualified corporate bookings and long stays on request. For stays over 30 nights, the first month is paid on reservation and later months are charged to the saved card. A refundable security deposit is taken only where the property operator requires one. |
| Cancellation | The same policy: many properties offer free cancellation before a stated cutoff. The page gives “up to 14 or 30 days before check-in” as examples. Inside that window the refund is 100% of the amount paid, with no admin fee. After the cutoff, the rate plan applies, and the page says that is typically the first 14 or 30 nights. Plans marked non-refundable are not cancelled and not refunded. A no-show with no prior written notice is not refunded. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 14 business days. The policy is governed by UAE law and says it was last updated in 2026. |
| The code | ALM10 is 20% off. The maximum discount is AED 200. The cap stays in UAE dirhams and is not shown in another currency. No minimum and no end date are stated with this code. |
