| Returns and cancellation | A return can be requested within 7 days of the purchase day for an unused item in its full packaging. Makeup is not returned or exchanged. Returning an undamaged care item deducts SAR 25, and salon furniture deducts SAR 100. If the customer misses three delivery attempts, the refund deducts SAR 19. Cancellation within one hour has no fee. After more than one hour: SAR 19 for an ordinary order and SAR 100 for salon furniture. The page also says that after two hours the cancellation goes through the courier, not the store directly. A fully damaged item is compensated with a store voucher valid for one month. Shipping fees are not refunded unless the whole order is damaged, and only after a check. |
| Branches | The branches page says the shops are in six cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Buraidah and Khamis Mushait, and that the online store covers the Kingdom’s cities. Salon-furniture delivery includes assembly only, not plumbing or extra fitting. |
