Delivery	Free from AED 50, and AED 8 below that. The total excludes cash-on-delivery, shipping, the platform fee and gift wrap. FirstCry’s own stock ships within 24 hours except Fridays and public holidays, and the arrival date shown at checkout is an estimate.
Returns	The window depends on the category: 2 days for birthday items, 7 days for some clothes, and 14 days for other clothes and footwear. Nappies, wipes, creams, feeding bottles, furniture, ride-ons and several other categories cannot be returned. The product page wins if it differs.
Refunds	The product amount is credited to the FirstCry cash-refund balance after a quality check. Shipping, the platform fee, cross-border charges and the cash-on-delivery fee are not refunded.
Cash on delivery	Available up to AED 10,000, with an AED 10 fee on every order. You pay the courier in cash.
Instalments	Tabby from AED 10 to 10,000 in 4 payments (25% upfront), and Tamara from AED 10 to 5,000 in up to 4 payments. Tabby or Tamara decides who qualifies.

Can I pay cash on delivery or in instalments?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available up to AED 10,000 with an AED 10 fee. Tabby and Tamara are available within the limits on the payments page.

MK28, for new customers. We don’t state a percentage, because the discount shows in the basket.
