## From the store’s own pages

| Delivery | The Arabic FAQ on watsons.sa: delivery covers the Kingdom, including Abha, Riyadh, Jeddah and Arar. An order confirmed before 4pm in Riyadh is delivered the next day, and other cities take 3 to 5 business days. Delivery is free from SAR 100, and SAR 20 below that. Those are the Saudi shipping figures, not the discount cap. The WA21 cap stays AED 150. |
| Returns | The Arabic FAQ: 30 days from delivery or store collection, if the product is unused, the pack is unopened, and you have proof of purchase. A bundle comes back complete. The English returns page on the same domain says the shipping fee is not refunded, names cash on delivery, and says a cash refund can be collected at a UAE store. That page’s number is 800 9287667. |
| What it sells | The Saudi storefront sells skincare and beauty products, including creams, body wash and makeup. |
