## From the store’s own pages

| Delivery | The site FAQ on 5 Nov 2026: Under500 is a Dubai service and part of the Kitopi group. It delivers across Dubai, and availability is checked when you build a plan. Delivery is Monday to Friday only, weekend delivery is not currently available, and meals are prepared fresh daily. The homepage also has a line that says weekdays and weekends are covered. The page’s number is 971 4 350 2012. A Saudi storefront at under500.com/ar-sa is priced in riyals, and code MEAL89 is not for it. |
| Price | The FAQ: plans start from AED 53 a day with lunch included, and a 20-day lunch-only plan is AED 1,000 plus VAT. Breakfast adds AED 10 a day, dinner AED 15, and a snack or a side AED 5. The homepage says “From AED 240 per week” and “Try 5 days for AED 240”. The plan builder the same day showed one sample at breakfast AED 12, lunch AED 20 and dinner AED 20, with VAT at 5% on that sample. The FAQ says VAT is shown at checkout, and the FAQ text leaves the rate as a placeholder. |
| Flexibility | A plan can be paused at any time with no penalty, and meals can be swapped. The cancellation FAQ says plans are flexible, and that the specific cancellation terms are in the terms at checkout or through support. The FAQ also names a 10% discount on 20-day plans and a 15% discount on 40-day plans, applied automatically at checkout. That is the site’s duration discount, not code MEAL89. |
