## From the store’s own pages

| Delivery | The shipping page: Gulf countries are served by Aramex, UPS and SMSA, and the fee is based on weight and shown at checkout. The table says the Middle East and the Gulf arrive within 5 working days. The FAQ says Saudi Arabia uses Aramex and DHL, and the rest of the Gulf uses Aramex, Porter Express and DHL. It also says a local shipment can take up to 7 days and an international one up to 9. The currency list on the FAQ names the US dollar, Bahraini dinar, Kuwaiti dinar, Qatari riyal, Saudi riyal and UAE dirham, and it does not name the Omani rial, while the Oman storefront is on the site. Cash on delivery is available in some Gulf countries for an extra fee, and no figure is published. A signature is required. Any customs charge in the destination country stays with the customer. |
| Returns | The Kuwait FAQ: a refund can be requested within 14 days of delivery for clothes with their tags, and the return is free and arranged within 48 hours. Perfume and cosmetics are not returned. The return-policy page says the first return request has no fee, a second return on the same order deducts KWD 1.750, and shipping fees are not refunded. Accessories, toys and fragrances are not returned on that page. A refund can take up to 14 days, or 10 to 15 business days in another passage. |
