The FAQ also says delivery is about 1 to 3 business days, and another answer says 3 to 5. Cartlow ships to most addresses in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. No single shipping fee is published. | Returns and warranty | A return can be requested within 10 days of delivery for eligible products, and after a quality check. A change of mind, or not liking the product, has a shipping cost. A never-used electronic that has been opened or activated is not returned unless there is a manufacturing defect, and the box and accessories must come back. If a refused return is not collected within 30 days, the fee is AED 100 or SAR 100. The FAQ says the warranty is 12 months from Cartlow, a cash-on-delivery refund goes to the wallet, and a card payment can be refunded to the card or the wallet after inspection. |

ZZ93: 15% off, up to AED 30, on orders from AED 150.

**Which countries does ZZ93 work in?**

Saudi Arabia and the UAE only. In Saudi Arabia the cap is SAR 30 and the minimum is SAR 150. In the UAE the cap is AED 30 and the minimum is AED 150.

**How do I use ZZ93?**

In the Cartlow app or on its site, with the country set, add items until you reach the minimum, enter ZZ93 at checkout, and check the discount does not pass 30 in this country’s currency.

**How long does delivery take?**

The shipping policy: 3 to 5 business days for standard delivery, and two days for Cartlow store products. The FAQ also says about 1 to 3 business days in one answer, and 3 to 5 in another.

**How long is the return window?**

10 days from delivery for eligible products. A change of mind has a shipping cost. An activated device is not returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

**Are the products refurbished?**
