The privacy policy, last updated 23 Oct 2026, says Aya runs the store and the site with support from Shopify, and it gives a.alammar@mawsim.app for privacy questions. The about page says the platform launched in May 2024, names more than 100 local brands and designers, and names cards and bank transfer for payment. The footer says Aya is the first Saudi platform that gathers the latest abaya trends and designs in one place, and that it is registered with Maroof under the Ministry of Commerce. The page does not give a Maroof number. | | Delivery | The shipping and fulfillment page on 8 Nov 2026: an in-stock product is prepared right away. Some products are made after the order is confirmed, and that takes 4 to 10 business days before shipping. In Riyadh, ready-to-ship products are delivered within 3 hours if the order is placed before 9:00 pm, every day except Friday. Other Saudi cities: 1 to 3 business days after the order ships. Outside Saudi Arabia: 4 to 10 business days. Arrival time is processing time plus shipping time. The page’s example: a ready-to-ship product in Riyadh arrives within 3 hours if ordered before 9 pm, and a product with 4 days of processing plus 2 days of shipping arrives in about 6 days. If the items have different processing times, the order ships after all of them are ready. A tracking number is sent once it ships. The page says times can change in peak seasons. The shorter page at /policies/shipping-policy still says delivery takes 2 to 14 days depending on how ready the designers are. The English fulfillment page still shows X and Y instead of day counts, so the numbers here are from the Arabic page. The site banner on the same day: free shipping on orders over SAR 500, and 15% cashback on the first order. The footer country list includes Jordan, the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar and Egypt, with prices in Saudi riyals. The code on this page is for Saudi Arabia only. | | Returns | The refund policy on 8 Nov 2026: an exchange or return request can be sent within 7 days of receiving the order. The service is currently inside Saudi Arabia only. The refund goes to the original payment method within 15 days of approval and inspection. The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with accessories and packaging. Discounted products, products marked non-returnable or non-exchangeable, made-to-order products, and all niqab products are excluded. The customer pays SAR 48 for return or exchange shipping, unless the store is at fault, such as a wrong product or a manufacturing defect. Each order gets one request only, a return or an exchange, not both. The site banner says 7 days and that you can return it without a reason if you do not like it, and it points to the terms. The terms above are narrower than that banner line. The about page says returns are within 7 days inside Saudi Arabia and soon for the rest of the Gulf. The refund policy says the service is inside Saudi Arabia only for now. | | The code | ALM10 is 20% off. No cap, no minimum, and no end date are stated with this code. Saudi Arabia only. The banner line of 15% cashback on the first order, and the free-shipping line above SAR 500, are not this code. | [Aya in Saudi Arabia: delivery, returns, payment and customer service](https://ahlacode.com/en/aya-sa/info/) Read from Aya’s own Saudi Arabia pages on 8 Nov 2026.
